Abilene Cooper 42, Hereford 13 - Final
Abilene Cooper rolls past Hereford 42-13 at Shotwell tonite. RB Amon Pimpton rushed for 306 yards (a Cooper Record) and passed Terry Orr for 5th on the all-time Cooper rushing list with over 2500 yards.
Pimpton rushed 30 times for 306 yards - that's an amazing 10.2 yards per carry!!
Amon now has 937 yards rushing on the season. That's an average of 156 yards per game.
With a minimum of 4 games left plus the playoffs, Amon Pimpton can rack up some serious yardage before the season is over.
Way to go Coogs!
