Pavlik Got his butt kicked tonight.
I know this is suppose to be in a different forum but I just thought I would say something about it.
Kelly Pavlik been drinking to much of his own Cool-Aid and got his butt kicked tonight he was dominated tonight. I dont know what his problem was but he got is butt kicked.

Easy, Hopkins shut his mouth & went back to being the Executioner, Pavlik fought his first Hall of Fame fighter & he got him, I was shocked at how bad he got mopped. Hopkins was classy to him after the fight, telling him do not let this fight destroy him & that you are a great middleweight champion, etc. He even said If I have to go to Youngstown to take you to the gym myself, I will do it.

I agree with Hopkins being a classy guy and telling Pavlik that. One thing I thought about Pavlik and no one has really tried him on this he does not play any defense and his chin is very suspect. He will have issues until he learns to play some defense I said it when he beat Taylor the first an second time until he learns to play defense he will have issues because I think his chin is suspect.

It also looks like Hopkins is willing to help him on that deal, Hopkins was the first defensive guy Pavlik faced(Hop is probably one of the best ever on D) but what will be the odds of Roy Jones & Hopkins fighting again.

I dont think that will happen especially if Jones does not beat Calzaghe I guess i spelled the guys name right. But it would be a big fight I dont know if B-Hop can beat him because Jones is hard to hit he did get knocked out by Tarver but that was luck and not a good match up for him. Plus Jones is still quick but he does not have the power he once had so I don't think anyone will get knocked out if they face each other would love to see it though. I say B-Hop fights his Buisness partner and split the money that way they both can retired at the same time and the money goes to both of them.

I think Jones is going to beat Calzaghe(& yes you spelled it right). I think Calzaghe's slap style of punching will get him in trouble with Roy & Roy still has some quickness & a straight punch to give Joe some trouble, so we'll find out after Nov. 8th.
